Toni Higginbotham founded her eponymous casting agency over 25 years ago and operates across Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast. Widely recognised as one of Australia’s leading casting directors, Toni brings an exceptional breadth of experience across all platforms — from reality TV and scripted series to short films, commercials, and feature films.

Her work in advertising is equally celebrated. Toni has cast for numerous high-profile campaigns that have earned accolades at Cannes, AWARD, Clio, and Caxton. She is the recipient of AWARD’s only Gold Pencil for Casting, awarded for her work on Droga5’s
“The Regulars” for Victoria Bitter. She also cast Samsung’s groundbreaking VR experience, which premiered recently at the Cannes Lions.

Another career highlight was Apple’s moving marriage equality campaign, First Dance, featuring real couples and shot entirely on the iPhone X.
